    • Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number, order number.

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

AUTOMATIC DECISION-MAKING

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

The Terms and Conditions and any other respective agreements where Itziar skincare provides the buyer/user Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

The Terms and Conditions are in line with the following laws but not limited to, within the United Kingdom and more information can be provided within the legislations,

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1994 as amended

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • Itziar skincare does not guarantee that the buyer/users use of services will be without error, secure, timely and disruption free.
  • The buyer/user when using services agrees to do so at their own risk.
  • The buyer/user understands that the goods contain natural ingredients in which each product will have an ingredient list for and it is their responsibility to check in case of any allergies or skin conditions. Any ingredient uncertainty should be emailed to (hello@itziarskincare.co.uk) and health professional (GP) should be made aware for any concerns before purchasing.
  • Itztiar skincare and any affiliations will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any sort such as but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind including, without limitation to lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, which arises from the buyers/users use of any of the service or any products obtained using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to the buyers/users use of Itziar skincare’s service or our products, including, and not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transferred, or otherwise made acquirable via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
  • Itziar skincare and any affiliations may have grammatical and typo errors within their services regarding price, offers and other related content. Itziar skincare reserves the right to amend these at any time and will not be liable for these inaccuracies.
  • While Itziar skincare aims to fulfil a high standard of consumer and good satisfaction, the buyer/user understands that this is not a guarantee nor promise and will not be held responsible for fulfilling customer expectations and user enjoyment.
